Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across the appropriate communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
- Keeping records in our customer service software; of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers and smart phone
- Experience working with customer support
- Bilingual English and French
- Bonus: Experience in sales

Nous embauchons un représentant du service à la clientèle pour gérer les requêtes et les plaintes des clients. Pour bien jouer ce rôle, vous devez être capable de rester calme lorsque les clients sont frustrés et ont de l'expérience avec les ordinateurs.
Responsabilités du représentant du service à la clientèle:
- Répondez aux clients avec des plaintes et des questions, donnez aux clients des informations sur les produits et services, prenez les commandes et traitez les retours.
- Tenir des registres dans notre logiciel de service client; des interactions clients, transactions, commentaires et réclamations
- Communiquer et coordonner avec les collègues si nécessaire.
- Maintenir en tout temps une attitude positive, empathique et professionnelle envers les clients.
- Générer des prospects qui se développent en nouveaux clients
Conditions:
- Diplôme d'études secondaires, diplôme d'enseignement général ou équivalent.
- Capacité à rester calme lorsque les clients sont stressés.
- Utilisation confortable d’ordinateurs et de téléphones intelligents
- Expérience de travail avec le support client
- Bilingue anglais et français
- Bonus: Expérience en vente
