Job Title: Customer Service Representative

SGS Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services and products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
