Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding SGS services, pricing, and status of analysis
- Prepare and send reports, certificates, and documents to customers
- Process customer requests for services and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in administration or science an asset
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
