***What you will do**:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for servicing our current clients, developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Specifically, we are catering to the Pro Lighting & Sound and Commercial industry throughout Canada:
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative you must be able to build rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Customer Service Representative should be very competitive and a good listener.

***Responsibilities**:

- Building/strengthening relationship with client base.
- Keep track of purchase orders, issuing RMAs for warranty claims, responding to order inquiries, tracking samples, issuing credits, etc.
- Keep our customers updated with price lists and promotions.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
- Keeping up with product, service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining features of products and services.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position.
- Excellent phone and people skill manners with customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Bilingual.

Spécifiquement nous desservons les clients en son & éclairage professionnels et installation commerciale partout au Canada:
Pour réussir comme représentant, vous devez être à même d’établir des liens de confiance et obtenir la satisfaction de la clientèle. Un excellent représentant des ventes à l’interne devrait être compétitif et savoir être à l’écoute.

***Responsabilités**:

- Construire/renforcer les relations avec notre clientèle.
- Faire suivis sur bons de commande, émission de RMA garantie, suivis client sur leurs commandes, suivi des échantillons, émission de crédits, etc.
- Tenir nos clients à jours de nos listes de prix et promotions.
- Comprendre les besoins des clients et identifier les occasions de ventes.
- Répondre aux questions des clients potentiels et envoyer de l’information supplémentaire.
- Se tenir à jour sur les produits, les informations de service et les mises à jour.
- Créer et tenir à jour une base de données de nos clients actuels et potentiels.
- Expliquer les caractéristiques des produits et des services.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- De l’expérience antérieure dans un centre d’appel ou dans un poste ayant trait aux ventes.
- Compétences en téléphonie et entregents en démarchage téléphonique.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle.
