Are you looking for an exciting Student opportunity full of meaningful, diverse, and challenging assignments working alongside industry leading professionals? You will be part of a driven, and collaborative team completing important projects while receiving the mentorship, knowledge, and experience to develop the skills you need to build an exciting career.
In this position, the student provides advice and support to the development and implementation of well-being and employee experience (D&I, Events, Culture) programs that support the holistic health and well-being of employees and promote a positive workplace experience.
What you’ll do- Conduct research and analysis related to DEI best practices; support program development and execution to support Cenovus’s I&D strategy and goals.- Design and facilitation of mental health & well-being programming and practices to foster individual and organizational health and wellness.- Support staff wellbeing & engagement hub; Oversight of well-being inbox and Support with data collection & assessments.- Support and coordinate Cenovus events.
Who you are-
- Available to begin work in May 2025- Communicates with impact; Fosters collaboration; Enhances technical/professional expertise.- Experience with the following software systems is considered an asset: CVENT, Outlook and MS Office Suite.

Education- Must be enrolled in a Business HR, Events Management or related Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term-
