**Job Title**: Administrative Coordinator (Non-Technical)

**Location**: In-office position in Waterloo, Ontario

**Position Type**: Full-time, Junior (T6 Health)

**Company Description**:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will primarily focus on providing administrative support to our technical team. You will join meetings to ensure clear documentation of discussions, establish and follow up on action items, prioritize tasks, and maintain comprehensive documentation. While a technical background is not required, a keen interest in technology and the willingness to learn are advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend meetings to take detailed notes and ensure clear next steps are established
- Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and documentation
- Assist with prioritization of tasks and maintain clear priority lists
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Learn about executive meetings and technical initiatives to gain insights into the industry
- Adhere to security and compliance protocols in all documentation and communication

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate from university
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Eagerness to learn about technology and the tech industry

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
