We are currently seeking a **Travel & Administrative Coordinator** to join our team of experienced professionals located at our head office in **Kitchener, ON.** This is a full time, permanent position.

**Responsibilities may include**:
- Coordinate business-related travel for all Brock employees including booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, etc.
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the office
- Assist in maintaining travel records, expenses, and documentation for accounting proposes
- Support/execution on projects to improve the travel program
- Support the planning and execution of internal meetings and events
- As required, act as first point of contact at Reception for visitors
- Perform other administrative projects and duties as required
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in coordinating business travel arrangements required
- Office Administration experience preferred
- Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or similar discipline is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail skills
