Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Associate to join our team at Guillevin International. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our business centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team by performing administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Manage day-to-day calls, redirecting them to the right person as required, process the business centre's mail, balance petty cash, make deposits, manage accounts payable, process freight claims, and daily delivery summaries.
- Inform the management team of any administrative anomalies and recommend improvements to ensure efficient administrative processes.
- Work with the team to understand the business centre's operations, familiarize yourself with products and suppliers, and become proficient with our systems.
- Coordinate occasional events or projects, such as shows and customer events.
Requirements
- Work experience in administrative support and customer service.
- Well-organized, resourceful, and an independent learner.
- Adaptable and able to prioritize.
- Strong computer and writing skills, with good spelling.
