Administrative Services Coordinator

Premier Cleaning Advantages incorporated is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, assembling data, and preparing reports.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 30-40 hours per week in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and Plan Office Services: Assist in the administration of office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assemble Data and Prepare Reports: Gather and analyze data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee Administrative Procedures: Ensure that all administrative procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Language: English.
