**Full Job Description**

The business development advisor at IT360 Financial will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing in order to maximize business development with our predominantly English-speaking customer base.

If you have a strong prospecting and customer acquisition skills, and the ability to relate well to others, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Meet virtually ten new prospects a week, prebooked in your agenda by our customer service and contribute to the collective goal of collecting new client referrals at each meeting to ensure business growth.
- Identify client needs and objectives, propose optimal financial strategies.
- Contribute to the development of new service offers or the improvement of current solutions
- Meet or exceed sales, meetings, and call objectives

**Requirements**:
Life and health insurance license

3 or 5 years experience

Knowledges of French is a plus.
