**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of outbound, net-new sales experience
- Experience selling at our price point: $80k-$350k
- Selling into Marketing & the Executive Suite
- Experience selling in a remote environment
- Proven success meeting or exceeding quota
- Negotiating and closing complex B2B deals
- Mindset of a strategist and tactician: you thrive in a scrappy, startup environment, moving quickly, thinking strategically, and are superb at tactical execution

**Responsibilities**:

- Hunter role, negotiating and closing complex deals as a direct seller
- Selling to the executive level in a remote environment
- Expertly drive a complex, consultative, end-to-end sales process to deliver the value of Blacksmith’s digital marketing services to cross-industry prospects
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for net-new business
- Challenge and educate prospects to drive value through a deal’s trajectory
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, pipeline forecasts and conversion rates to make data-driven decisions
- Work with internal teams to develop client offers, proposals, and presentations
- Participate in/advise new GTM solutions and messaging for Blacksmith
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan for your book of business by identifying key stakeholders, uncovering needs, and designing a strategic approach
- Manage the overall relationship and communication with key prospects including full command of their business model and web development needs against Blacksmith's value-add
- Partner with our SDR team on outbound prospecting to net-new target accounts
- Define and create compelling win-win value propositions

Pay: $180,000.00-$280,000.00 per year
