**About the role**

Are you a skilled and motivated sales professional? Crescendo is looking for a driven full-cycle Sales Representative to join our sales team

**As a Sales Representative at Crescendo you will**:

- Handle the full sales cycle from lead sourcing to closing the deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present demos of our software platform to interested prospects
- Develop proposals that target client needs and maximize account value
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

**The skillset**:

- 2+ years work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience selling B2B software solutions
- Proven ability to juggle multiple leads at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Nice to have, but not essential**:

- Have experience using HubSpot to track and manage deals
- Fluent in French

**Compensation**:OTE $240,000
