EVERYDAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Process invoices
- Issues LOA (letter of Acceptance) and LOE (Letter of Enrollment)
- Manage school finances (including activity fees and office materials)

**Job Summary**

Here is a list of responsibilities:

- Basic accounting
- Student registration
- create invoices, refunds and estimates
- Preparing checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports
- Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current
- Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests
- maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

**Job Type / Category**

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 9-5pm. This is an office position inside a private school.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Qualifications:

- College diploma or university degree is related field
- 1 year experience
- Proficient with Quick Book
- Proficient with Google Docs and Microsoft Suite
- Experience with a payroll system (ADP preferred)
- Ability to multi-task
- Good inter-personal skills
- Able to work in a team environment
