Canterbury Coffee Corporation is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team and take on a key role in administering our payroll and benefit programs. If you have a proven track record of working with third-party managed payroll services, administering benefit programs and contributing to the development of wellness initiatives, we want to hear from you.**

The Payroll and Benefits Administrator is responsible for the administration of compensation, benefits, and other total rewards programs. This position is accountable for accurately processing and managing all payroll-related activities within the company while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. As the Short-Term Disability Administrator this position has oversight of claims processing and payment, in addition to the coordination of return-to-work programs.

This position plays a critical role in promoting employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention by providing exceptional service in the delivery of compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness initiatives, in alignment with the company's business goals and values.

As a member of the People & Culture team you will be entrusted with sensitive and confidential information and you will engage with employees at all levels of the company.

You are knowledgeable in:

- Compensation Practices
- Payroll Practices
- Benefits Practices
- Regulatory Compliance

You have:

- A minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll administration
- Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) or Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR)
- 3 years’ experience in human resources with a focus on compensation and benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now and Managed Payroll Services would be an asset

**Starting Salary Range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 dependent on experience.**
