**Sales Manager** - Join our Dynamic Team at Metal Pro Buildings
**About Us**:
Metal Pro Buildings is a highly-regarded company that specializes in distributing prefabricated steel building products across Canada and the United States. We take pride in our top-rated products and services. We are now seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our management team at our head office in North York. As a crucial member of Metal Pro's Business Development Team, you will be a key driver of our growth, using consultative selling strategies to elevate our brand and drive new business. This role is solely focused on managing and growing our sales team while achieving outstanding results.
**Responsibilities**:
- Motivate, develop, and coach the sales team to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Provide support and ongoing coaching to account managers, helping them succeed according to company standards.
- Collaborate with senior organizational levels, bringing your business acumen and experience to mentor the sales team effectively.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans as needed.
- Analyze and recommend revisions of scripts and training materials to improve performance.
- Participate in training new account managers and sales team members.
- Contribute to sales management projects and take part in designing incentive and motivation programs for the team.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and expedite orders as necessary.
- Liaise with HR on various sales team matters, such as working hours, compensation, performance evaluation, coaching plans, and counseling.
- Maintain coaching files for each team member.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring proper communication and implementation within the team.
- Engage in daily monitoring and coaching, adhering to minimum daily expectations as outlined by Senior Management.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one employee evaluations to foster continuous improvement.
- Embrace feedback and continuously seek opportunities to improve.

**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in managing and directing a sales department.
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience, with a proven track record of closing large deals.
- Experience in B2B & B2C consultative sales environments.
- Undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline is required.
- Proven leadership, selling, and closing skills.
- A strong desire to excel in a highly competitive sales environment.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
**Compensation**:
Base Salary up to $65,000.00 Annually, plus manager overrides on all sales (uncapped).
**Salary**: $44,396.71-$65,690.60 per year
