We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed, while helping others succeed too

Having a proven track record of exceeding sales expectancy, maintaining and aquiring inventory and always excelling at customer satisfaction will ensure your success in the position.

As part of the International Automotive Group (IAG), thre is always opportunity for career growth and new challenges.

This position requries OMVIC, a clean driver's abstract and the sucessful completion of background checks. The sucessful incumbant will also be resposnible for oversight oof the dealership's sales policies, objectives and initatives including setting long-term sales strategies and evealuation og the effectiveness of the sales program.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Demonstrated automotive dealership sales management experience with a proven track record of driving business growth
- Current experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager in a dealership required.
- A proven track record of fostering a culture of excellence ensuring the highest standards of Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft office.
- Must have strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Dealer system experience experience required. PBS system experience an asset.
- Must have valid OMVIC license and conduct sales in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.
