Sales Manager

**Reports to**: Owner of Brokerage
**Position responsibilities include the following duties**
- Finding New Realtors for the brokerage that will be a good fit-experienced and New Realtors.
- Responsible for hiring and management of new salespeople who fit the culture and meet hiring standards of brokerage.
- Provide ongoing basic training, mentoring and support to salespeople to assist with productivity and maintenance of brokerages sales targets.
- Events and Zoom meetings that can attract new talent with the help of the Management team.
- Provide guidance to resolve problems and complications that arise during the real estate sales process.
- Assist and advise Realtors with all real estate transactions as needed.
- Respond to inbound queries in a timely fashion and facilitate an overall smooth customer service experience for Realtors and clients.
- Assist with conflict resolution with clients or Realtors and handle the issues in a professional and positive manner.
- Train employees and independent contractors regarding all aspects of real estate as needed, on an ongoing basis.
- Attend important networking or industry events as needed, representing our office in a professional manner. Working with other managers and employees.
- Foster ongoing relationships with potential agents, tracking interactions and successful affiliations.
- Promote Royal LePage New Concept’s culture, brand value, and achievements in recruitment campaigns.
- Understand RECO rules and regulations, especially with regards to agent recruitment and brokerage operations.
**Qualifications**
- Highly preferred to have at least 5 **years **of real estate experience.
- Must have very strong leadership skills, while also being able to listen to and absorb direction, work in a team, and manage staff as well.
- Must be detail-oriented and have superb problem solving/conflict resolution skills
- Great interpersonal skills in person, over the phone and via electronic communication.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic social media, the MLS system, and other software systems as needed.
- Self-confident with an outgoing personality.
- Must be a licensed Salesperson/Broker in Ontario
- Passionate brand ambassador.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on consistent follow-up.
- Comfortable with technology and social media platforms.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for real estate professionals.
- Willingness to travel as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
