**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively follow up on leads generated by our marketing efforts.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to present our vehicles.
- Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and follow-up processes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead conversion rates.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in lead management, telesales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Passionate about the automotive industry, particularly exotic and luxury vehicles.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the automotive sales industry.

**Education**:

- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

**Salary**: $33,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
