**Position Summary**

**Essential Job Functions include**:

- Accounts Receivables
- Accounts Payables
- GST, PST, Source Deductions, Corporate Tax and Personal Tax
- Payroll

- Communication Skills

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work independently with little supervision or supervision of other employees.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks to be completed daily.
- Must be able to work in a team environment with diverse teams or departments working together as a team to accomplish common goals.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible and willing to learn new skills as needed.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and speaking clearly and effectively for extended periods of time.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chilliwack, BC V2P 1A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative (preferred)
- Bookkeeping (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
