Strata Manager Assistant Responsibilities:

- Handling office tasks such as filing, scanning, network organization and meeting preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of strata council meeting and Annual General Meeting agendas.
- Drafting of meeting minutes.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence to Owners, as directed by the Strata Manager.
- Notify bookkeeping of fines and chargebacks to be applied, as directed by the Strata Manager.
- Updating of strata council, trades and emergency contact information.
- Preparation of Form I’s & bylaw consolidation after registration
- Assist in obtaining quotations for maintenance requirements.
- Assist in gathering information and documents for the purpose of obtaining insurance quotations
- Form D Registration
- Disclosure Statement & LTSA document retrieval
- Prepare and distribute welcome packages for new Owners
- Preparing records for any clients departing/onboarding
- Preparing documents for Form B & Form F requests

Strata Manager Assistant Requirements:

- Prior administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, as well as Zoom.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Organization skills and dedication to completing projects and tasks in a timely manner.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
