Office Administrator/bookkeeper

**We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator for one of our clients involved in several local businesses here in Chilliwack.**
**Position Type**: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including updating databases, spreadsheets, and other records.
- Assist the controller with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, receipts, and reimbursements.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software
- Good working knowledge of Sage
- Knowledge of construction industry processes and terminology
- Working knowledge of Office365 and One Drive set up and maintenance an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $25.00-$31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
