**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement event concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including catering, entertainment, and logistics.
- Manage timelines and budgets to ensure events are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best rates and services for events.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the guest experience while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all details are executed flawlessly on the day of the event.
- Provide on-site management during events to address any issues that may arise and ensure guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event planning or a related field within hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in guest services or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships successfully.
- A passion for creating memorable experiences in a hospitality setting is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
