Currently, we require someone in the office Monday 10:00 - 14:00 and Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 08:30-17:00

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Appointment scheduling and general reception duties

Strict adherence to the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA)

Client intake, chart creation/data entry, and assistance with caseload management

Attendance and minute taking at weekly Practice meetings

Liaising with various government organizations and the Midwifery Education Program (MEP) university sites as needed

Maintenance and troubleshooting of general office equipment and software

Ordering office/medical supplies

Timely ordering and retrieving laboratory/ultrasound/consult reports as needed

Liaising with hospital birthing unit and OB/GYN clinic as needed

Providing support on clinic days to ensure that clinical areas are well stocked and that equipment is maintained/disinfected to current infection control standards

Assist with annual budget creation and submission to the Ministry of Health

Reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new administrative procedures.

Scheduling client education sessions via zoom

Ensuring that common areas are neat and tidy

Various errands such as collecting mail from the post office, picking up medications from the pharmacy, delivering specimens to the lab if lab pick up is not available

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- No weekends

- Alliston, ON L9R 1T3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Accuro EMR: 1 year (preferred)
