Office Assistant/data Entry Clerk

Busy home-based financial consulting/bookkeeping firm in Alliston is looking for an Office Administrator **THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION**
Pay Rate: $17-$19/Hr depending upon experience
Hours: Flexible work schedule offered (25-40 hours a week)
**Responsibilities**:
*General office duties, scanning, electronic filing, and data entry
- Create, format, edit, updated and finalize standard and non-standard templates, letters, reports, correspondence and spreadsheets.
- Manage Social media and Website accounts
- Ad hoc duties as required
**Performance Characteristics**:
- You enjoy working autonomously in a quiet, very casual office environment with other team members
- You are uber-organized with a touch of OCD and you don't mind working with someone who has a touch of OCD and an accompanying sense of humor
- Out of the box, creative thinking is standard for you

- You are a great communicator with a flair for the English language and grammar.
- You are a fast worker who loves to be busy and who makes mínimal mistakes, with a sickening degree of attention to detail

- You love dogs - I have two small hypoallergenic dogs who love any company who loves them
**Qualifications**:
- No Bookkeeping experience is necessary but some knowledge of SAGE and/or Quickbooks Desktop and/or Quickbooks Online is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Skilled at organization
- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong typing skills
- Strong math, analytical and problem-solving abilities
