Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Filing and file management
- Drafting and preparing customer correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Scheduling consultations, appointments etc.
- Arranging hotels and travel when needed
- Implement marketing strategies
- Detail-oriented with superior organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take on tasks as needed
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary will be based on experience, skills, education and performance during interview.**

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
