We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team.

**Primary Responsibility / Role Summary**
- Oversees, manages & coordinates Sales & Marketing at IMS
- Oversees, manages & coordinates all Sales & Marketing activities and operations/functions of the Sales & Marketing department
- Generate Sales to meet company goals & objectives
- Manage & oversee customer service

**General**

Plan, direct, coordinate and action the development, promotion and sale of IMS’ parts and services.

Ensure that excellent customer service and support is always provided. Understand customer needs and requirements, ensuring that the customer experience is smooth, efficient, and pleasant from start to finish.

Responsible for the marketing and sales of parts/services and the impact on customers' needs following the strategic purpose of the organization.

Manage IMS’s Sales & Marketing resources to improve and grow Sales while at the same time increasing customer satisfaction. Managing all customer accounts and the various decision makers, personnel, operators, order placers etc at those organizations. Ensuring that we take care of and serve all customers with great consideration for their needs.

Market and sell IMS’ parts/services for the target margins whilst ensuring sufficient Sales volume is achieved to match IMS’ goals & objectives.

Reporting to and taking direction from the General Manager, whilst working closely with other departments/areas of IMS.
- Manage leads, customers, accounts & relationships through all phases of the sales cycle/funnel.
- Building, developing and leading the Sales & Marketing team to help drive revenue. Actively conduct sales themselves whilst motivating & managing the team to generate leads, build client relationships, hit targets and where possible exceed targets & revenue forecasts. Also, ultimately meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage all data, ensuring info is organised and kept up to date, including but not limited to, all leads/prospects, all existing customers/accounts and quote statuses.
- Review and analyse lost/expired quotes, as well as pending quotes, but also understanding won quotes. Reviewing and analysing quote data to improve sales.
- Reviewing, analysing, and reporting on all Sales & Marketing related data, and metrics.
- Manage & oversee website, branding, social media etc. All Marketing activities.
- Provide status reports to customers and truly own/manage our customers/accounts
- Develop sales processes, and strategies to meet sales goals & objectives.
- Evaluating, adjusting, and creating new policies & procedures as needed for effective operations with Sales & Marketing.
- Ensuring company procedures are being followed by employees & IMS values are being adhered to.
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply & demand.
- Develop, maintain & adhere to budgets.
- Approve expenditures, managing Sales & Marketing expenses & reimbursements etc together with upper Management.
- Recruit and hire sales reps as agreed by Management. As well as manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales staff to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales and KPI targets are being met.
- Leading and encouraging staff to operate at a high level of effectiveness.
- Supervising the work ethics of Sales & Marketing personnel and keeping track of attendance.
- Acting as a liaison/connection between management and Sales & Marketing team.
- Communicate any relevant information and updates to procedures to personnel.
- Assist with hiring of new employees.
- Onboarding and providing training to new & existing employees.
- Assisting with training and supporting IMS employees across the business as needed.
- Attend and have regular Sales meetings with management.
- Advising, liaising, and working collaboratively with all IMS areas/departments, including design, procurement, estimating, production & shipping/receiving.
- Assist with inventory control, including forecasting and market demands etc.
- Maintain and manage sales volume, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
