Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our online platforms, and ultimately boost sales for our furniture store.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels to reach target audiences effectively.
- Create engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest, to promote our furniture products and engage with our audience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, and photos, to support digital marketing campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, especially within the furniture and home decor space, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to improve our digital marketing efforts.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the user experience (UX) of our website and other online platforms to ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product development, to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Stay abreast of relevant regulations and guidelines related to digital marketing, including data privacy laws, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail or furniture industry.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for social media and other digital channels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Familiarity with website management and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Passion for the furniture and home decor industry and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and consumer behavior.
