**-Sales Associate - Lead Generation-**
**Job Purpose**
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Responsible for sourcing the decision-maker.
- Communicate company services and products effectively, and successfully book appointments.
- Effectively assess the potential clients’ need to qualify the lead as a prospective client.
- Schedule quality appointments for the responsible manager.
- Update and manage all activity in the company CRM.
- Assist with misc. office duties as required.
**Accountabilities and performance measures**:
- Meets assigned targets for quality appointments ensuring strategic objectives are met.
- Maintains standard win/loss results spreadsheet.
- Utilizes company CRM, updating all activity daily.
**Required qualifications**:
- A good command of the English language
- Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office.
- Familiar with CRM software and documenting activities.
- Minimum one year of sales or relevant B2B experience.
- Must be highly motivated and have people skills.
- Strong organizational skills; superior attention to detail.
**Working conditions**:
- Small office atmosphere - Hwy 427/Dundas Street area Mississauga
- Monday to Friday. No weekend work.
- 25-35-hour work week.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
