**Position: Outside Sales Representative**

**Responsibilities**:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, representing our world-class electrical products. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Building Valuable Relationships**: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, including contractors, distributors, consulting engineers, and OEM accounts.
- **Identifying Opportunities**: Understand customers' evolving needs and identify sales opportunities that align with our product offerings.
- **Effective Communication**: Clearly and persuasively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to potential and existing customers.
- **Product Expertise**: Stay informed about our product and service portfolio, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competing products.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Drive sales and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- **Cold Calling and Networking**: Use your exceptional cold calling and networking skills to expand our client base and open doors to new opportunities.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless order management.

**Requirements**:

- **Passion for the Energy Transition**: Be genuinely excited about being part of the global shift towards sustainable energy solutions.
- **Proven Sales Experience**: Demonstrate a track record of success in outside sales, ideally within the electrical or related industry.
- **Technical Acumen**: Comfortably navigate CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, video conferencing, and order management tools.
- **Exceptional Communication**: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with superior presentation abilities.
- **Self-Motivated**: Thrive in a dynamic, independent work environment, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- **Driving License**: Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a late-model vehicle.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
