We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team and help support the daily operations of our office.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Management**: Drafting and proofreading correspondence, timesheets, reports, and other documents. Filing and organizing records, both physical and digital.
- **Office Organization**: Maintaining office supplies, ordering inventory, and ensuring the office environment remains organized and efficient.
- **Client and Vendor Coordination**: Assisting with client and vendor communications, ensuring timely follow-up on requests and inquiries.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**: Entering data into company systems, preparing basic reports, and assisting with data analysis as required.
- **Event Coordination**: Assisting in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Post-secondary school preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred, but not required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and a team player.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with office management software (e.g., Google Suite, Office 365, project management tools).
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial administration (preferred, but not required).

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
