We are seeking a full-time Finance Coordinator to join our Administrative Team, reporting directly to the
Finance Manager.

pension plan after one year of employment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete the Club payroll with all requisite deductions
- Maintain appropriate financial documentation through an organized filing system
- Work with our Program Directors, Managers and Supervisors to ensure the effective operation of
- the Club finances- Process monthly remittances, accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Prepare CAPC monthly statistics reporting and reconciliation of POS
- Process childcare payments
- A commitment to the Clubs mission, Vision and Core Values
- Post-Secondary certificate or degree in accounting, finance, business, or demonstrated
- equivalent. (minimum 5 years working in the field)- Completed or enrolled in the National Payroll Institute program
- A recognized accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) is an asset
- Experience in a not-for-profit, charitable, or public sector environment involving interaction with
- government funders- Experience working with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), Sage 300 (Accpac) and ADP
- Sound judgement and superior decision-making, analysis, problem-solving and reasoning skills
- A commitment to discretion and staff privacy
- Organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills that allow one to work effectively in
- a diverse working environment- A clear police Vulnerable Sector check
- Proof of full COVID-19 immunization
- A complete pre-placement medical (to be provided).**
