**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking a full-time Finance Coordinator to join our Administrative Team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for completing the Club payroll with all requisite deductions and maintain appropriate financial documentation through an organized filing system. You will work with our Program Directors, Managers and Supervisors to ensure the effective operation of the Club finances, through monthly remittances, processing accounts payable and accounts receivables, preparing CAPC monthly statistics reporting and reconciliation of POS, payroll; childcare payment and visa. The Finance Coordinator will promote the mission and values of the agency to ensure Equity, Diversity and inclusion are the base of all programming.

**What skills and qualifications you have**:

- Post-Secondary certificate or degree in accounting, finance, business, or demonstrated equivalent. (minimum 5 years working in the field);
- Completed or enrolled in the National Payroll Institute program;
- Experience in a not-for-profit, charitable, or public sector environment involving interaction with government funders;
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), Sage 300 (Accpac) and ADP
- Superior decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Sound judgement and reasoning skills, along with a commitment to discretion and staff privacy.
- Organizational skills, time management and prioritization skills. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment;

**Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually**
