L'opportunité_**
- Jouer un rôle crucial dans l’évolution des départements F&I de nos magasins de Quebec.
- Le rôle est piloté par les données, la collaboration avec les magasins individuels et facilité par le directeur, Formation et développement. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'expansion et la croissance de l'activité F&I en créant, en fournissant et en soutenant grâce à un coaching holistique de nos associés F&I, ainsi que de nos magasins, sur les meilleures méthodes de leur catégorie qui se traduisent finalement par un service client et des performances exceptionnels.
- Ce rôle fonctionne avec une plus grande équipe de formateurs, relevant du directeur, Formation et développement. Vous serez responsable de diriger les initiatives de formation F&I d'AutoCanada dans votre région.

Vos principales responsabilités_**
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le directeur, Formation et développement pour faciliter un plan de formation formel.
- Analysez les rapports de performance de chaque concession et créez un plan et un calendrier de formation pour répondre aux opportunités identifiées de croissance ou d’amélioration des performances.
- Offrez des formations en utilisant diverses méthodes, notamment en fournissant du matériel de formation, des aides à la formation et des documents techniques pour les sessions de formation en personne, par téléphone et en ligne, ainsi que les ateliers de formation des formateurs.
- Suivi de la performance des plans d'action avec les directeurs généraux, les directeurs généraux des ventes et les FSM, le cas échéant.
- Enseignez en classe, en tête-à-tête ou dans des situations client en direct.
- Assurer la liaison avec d'autres spécialistes de la formation et du développement d'AutoCanada à travers le pays pour partager les meilleures pratiques et les perspectives commerciales.
- Assurer la liaison avec les directeurs financiers de votre région, notamment en organisant des réunions mensuelles et/ou trimestrielles des directeurs financiers axées sur les performances, la stratégie et des sessions de formation des formateurs.
- Assister de temps à autre à des cours externes liés aux techniques de formation générales (c'est-à-dire former le formateur) et/ou à une formation spécifique aux finances et aux investissements.
- Aider aux demandes de renseignements générales liées aux F&I au niveau de la concession.
- Être un expert en la matière en ce qui concerne les produits de l'Industrielle Alliance.
- Développer une solide connaissance pratique d’Unifi 2.0.
- La capacité de voyager à l'extérieur de la province une semaine par mois est indispensable.
- Des déplacements hors de la région peuvent être nécessaires environ une fois par trimestre.
**_ Vos capacités et références_**
- français bilingue requis
- Doit avoir au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tant que directeur des services financiers et directeur des ventes (l'expérience GSM est un bonus )
- Des moyennes F&I et des taux de pénétration éprouvés, ainsi que des scores NPS/CSI constamment supérieurs à la moyenne.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en présentation.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, analytiques et en gestion de projet avec une grande capacité à établir des priorités.
- Capacité à terminer un cycle de formation complet (évaluer les besoins, planifier, développer, coordonner, suivre et évaluer les progrès).
- Familiarisé avec la formation, la conception, le développement et l’évaluation de cours.
- Solides compétences en matière de gestion du temps, de priorisation et de résolution indépendante de problèmes.
- Une compréhension des méthodologies de formation et de développement organisationnels et des principes de l'apprentissage des adultes, notamment le leadership, l'efficacité organisationnelle, la conception de programmes d'études et de formation, le coaching, la culture d'entreprise, la gestion du changement et de la succession.
- Expérience dans la prestation de formations ou solides compétences en animation, présentation et prise de parole en public.
