**EXPLEO CANADA** is looking for a
**Training Specialist** to join our dynamic and expanding team in
** Blainville, QC**.
**Responsibilities***:
- Support managers in the implementation and execution of employee development strategies and collaborate with them in the execution of their training plan
- Identify and develop training strategies and plans as well as development paths for employee groups;
- Collaborate in the creation of training content and plan the training schedule;
- Collaborate in the creation of the succession program and the leadership program and participate in their deployment and effectiveness;
- Assess the quality of provided trainings and measure the scope and impact of the training on the participants' work;
- Develop quality, survey and compliance processes for training;
- Gather and suggest changes to current policies, programs, practices, processes, tools and systems to keep them current and in line with the changing reality of the organization;
- Develop, present and keep track of your budgets;
- Keep track of training participation and produce reports and tables to track training expenses and ensure compliance with the 1% law
**Qualifications***:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education or Psychology or other related and relevant field
- 5 years experience as an HR generalist
- 3 years experience in training management and/or group facilitation
- Bilingual (French/English) with excellent communication skills, dynamic and confident.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)

**Vos responsabilités**
- Soutenir les gestionnaires dans la mise en œuvre et l'exécution de stratégies visant le développement des employés, et les accompagner dans l’exécution de leur plan de formation;
- Identifier et développer les stratégies et les plans de formations ainsi que les parcours de développement des groupes d’employés;
- Collaborer à la création du contenu de formation et planifier le calendrier des formations à offrir;
- Collaborer à la création du programme de succession et le programme de leadership et participer à leur déploiement et efficacité;
- Évaluer la qualité des formations dispensées et mesurer la portée et l’impact des formations sur le travail des participants;
- Élaborer des processus de qualités, de sondage et de conformité des formations;
- Recueillir et suggérer des changements à apporter aux politiques, programmes, pratiques, processus, outils et systèmes actuellement en vigueur afin qu’ils soient toujours d’actualités et conformes à la réalité changeante de l’organisation;
- Élaborer vos budgets, les présenter et en faire le suivi;
- Tenir à jour la participation aux formations et produire des rapports et tableaux permettant le suivi des dépenses en formation et ainsi le respect de la loi du 1%;
- Maintenir à jour et communiquer sur une base régulière les indicateurs pour les divers projets en cours
**Vos qualifications**
- Baccalauréat en Gestion des ressources humaines, Éducation ou Psychologie ou autre domaine relié et pertinent
- 5 années d’expérience en tant que généraliste RH
- 3 années d’expérience en gestion de la formation et/ou dans l’animation de groupe
- Bilingue (Français/Anglais) avec d’excellentes habiletés de communication, dynamique et confiant(e).
- Compétences avancées dans la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
