**The Opportunity**
As a Group Benefits Training and Development Senior Coordinator you will report to the Director of Health and Dental Claims in Group Benefits Operations and be part of a high performing team. You will work alongside another Training and Development Senior Coordinator, Process Analysts, Documentation Specialists and Claims Team Leaders. You will be supported by team members that value hitting goals and maintaining work-life balance.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-person and virtual GB Health and Dental claims adjudication training for newly hired claims adjudicators.
- Train existing team members on process and product related changes as needed.
- Maintain claim related process and procedural documentation in French and English.
- Draft bilingual communications to the GB Health and Dental claims organization related to training and development.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders across Group Benefits and Manulife to develop and maintain GB Health and Dental training material in French and English.
- Collaborate with training and development team members at other Manulife locations and with vendors to develop training plans and to ensure claims adjudicators at all locations are properly trained and supported.

Your work to prepare and train our claims adjudicators and support staff will enable prompt and accurate claims processing. You will also collaborate with your peers to maintain the tools and processes used by our operational teams. Your work will directly impact our ability to process claims promptly and adhere to our quality standards.

**What we are looking for**
- Post secondary education with experience presenting complex material or High School diploma with 2+ years’ experience in the customer service industry.
- Experience delivering training in person or virtually.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in French and English.
- Strong time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute a plan.
- Analytical mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Existing knowledge of Canadian Group Benefits and claims processing is an asset.
