**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Manager, SAP Transformation the change and training manager's primary focus is on minimizing the adverse effects of organizational changes and optimizing positive results. Focusing on stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness you will create repeatable processes while promoting change at a leadership level. This role places a strong emphasis on addressing the human aspect of change, including understanding its impact on individuals and facilitating their adaptation to new circumstances. As a training lead, you are responsible for overseeing the SAP Transformation training and development activities as required though all phases of SAP Transformation to ensure accurate understanding of technology change for the full SAP User group. Working with our System Integration partners you will be responsible for identifying the training needs for the organization, supervising trainers' work, and supporting training programs as required for SAP Transformation. Other duties and responsibilities may be conducting a readiness assessment, maintaining training information, and coordinating and reviewing the logistics of training materials.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Change Management**
- Design and execute strategies to facilitate employee adoption of SAP Transformation changes, overseeing the smooth transition to a to S/4HANA through all phases of transformation.
- Contribute to successful change outcomes through adoption and usage by preparing, equipping and supporting people with integrated strategies and plans.Build standard Change methodology for SAP Transformation, including communications.
- Engage, train and support organizational Change Agents/resources for change.
- Contribute to and review the detailed change management and communication plans.
- Lead stakeholder analysis, create and maintain the stakeholder registry, working with business and management.
- Participate in project readiness surveys and present results/action items.
- Oversee change impact gathering through all process and solution design workshops.
- Contribute to and review the Change Impact Assessment of all changes identified and address them in the Change Management plan.
- Lead end-user mapping discussions.
- Oversee and review all communications - verbal (e.g. presentations) and written (e.g. deliver digital) for consistency of message.
- Work closely with System Integrator Change management lead and PM.
- Report SAP Change Readiness to Leadership team.

**Training**:

- Lead and manage training requirements within SAP Transformation; SAP Technical Migration, SAP Release planning, and future releases.
- Evaluate SAP Technical team knowledge and present opportunities for training on gaps.
- Support identification of all SAP focused train-the-trainers for The Region.
