- Obtain valuable experience as part of a project team and work with experienced consultants and leaders from other divisions and departments

**Job Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with system integrator and the project leadership team to implement the overall solution roadmap for the technical migration of SAP
- Support end-users through testing of solutions, knowledge transfer/training and ensure optimal use of the SAP solution by users
- Contribute to the development of proposed solutions and ensure end-state solution will meet business requirements and processes
- Gather and analyze business requirements from SMEs
- Participate in data mapping exercises to translate business needs into SAP functionality
- Perform data extraction activities and data validation activities
- Develop updated business process documents and training materials and support end-users with testing and knowledge transfer
- Develop project documentation such as Process Flow Diagrams, Business requirements documents and testing plans and test scripts.
- Develops and documents standard operating policies and procedures
- Perform data extraction & validation activities
- Perform user acceptance and regression testing, identify and log issues to be resolved
- Support Payroll Business Lead, Senior Payroll Business Analyst and Special Payroll Advisor to implement the release methodology and improvement releases on SAP S/4 HANA to streamline business processes
- Prepare visual presentations, briefing materials and other documentation

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Degree or diploma in Accounting/Business
- Payroll (PCP/PLP) and/or PMP certification or be a student close to completion
- Strong business analysis skills to collect data, analyze business needs and make recommendations in support of ensuring alignment with new SAP S4 HANA platform functionality
- Strong continuous quality improvement orientation to map existing, new and future state processes
- Project management expertise to support process or system related projects for Payroll while collaborating with other stakeholders
- Understanding of HR/Payroll business systems and how data is entered into the system to advise on process build around data flow and assisting with solution design
- Minimum 2 years’ working in Payroll with demonstrated HRIS experience, preferably with SAP
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with financial policies, statutory and compliance requirements, controls and reporting in order to optimize the value of SAP functionality and mitigate risks in their implementation Strong report writing skills and presentation skills to present findings back to senior management

**Preferred**
- Payroll system user acceptance testing experience
- Change management background with exceptional organizational skills
