Adi Development Group is looking for a **Field Coordinator** to join our growing **Construction** team.

The Field Coordinator is responsible for site coordination/site office duties, including Performs and proactively manages field coordination / site office duties, including updating drawings and measuring site quantities; documenting and interpreting field records for quality, production, labor, and materials; participating in the health, safety, and environment (HSE) plan and completing other tasks to assist the superintendent and/or project manager. May be responsible for monitoring trade contractors.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Conduct basic safety inspections and training, identifies hazards and corrections, and leads by example for health and safety practices and procedures
- Attends daily safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Assists with third-party inspections and site reviews
- Assists superintendent with workforce planning
- Identifies issues on-site or in defined work scopes
- Tracks time sheets and orders materials and equipment
- Prepares quantity takeoffs as directed for material orders, etc.
- Assists with trade contractor management, including requests for information (RFIs), shop drawings, changes, and billings
- Assist with schedules
- Assist with materials and equipment inventory
- Assists with change management, including to collect and interpret information
- Assists with monitoring performance (production, progress) and tracking cost and quantity
- Assists with updating drawings and specifications
- Develop and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders

**What You Bring**:

- Post secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline construction management, engineering, architecture.
- 1+ year of progressive experience in a construction-related discipline
- Basic knowledge of or ability to learn construction specifications, and methods and procedures (e.g., basic surveying techniques).
- Clear verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and subcontractors
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project
