We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, and we need a dynamic **Service Coordinator** to help us make it happen

**About the Role**:
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem solver? We’re looking for a Service Coordinator who can keep our team running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be the glue that holds our operations together, ensuring that service calls are scheduled efficiently, technicians are dispatched promptly, and customers are consistently delighted.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate Service Calls**: Schedule and dispatch technicians for maintenance and repair work in a timely manner.
- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing updates on service status.
- **Track Job Progress**: Monitor the progress of ongoing work to ensure deadlines are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep detailed records of service requests, job status, and completed work.
- **Problem Solving**: Address scheduling conflicts or issues as they arise, ensuring mínimal disruption to our service operations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the customer service team, field technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven experience in a service coordination, customer service, or administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills—ability to clearly convey information and manage customer expectations.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and scheduling tools.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the mechanical or service industry is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.29-$22.38 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
