**Service Coordinator**:
**Cooking Equipment Repair**
Join our dynamic team as a Service Coordinator, where every service call is a project in itself If you’re tech-savvy, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a knack for client relations, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and handle customer complaints and calls
- Efficiently input data into our system
- Schedule service calls and allocate technicians based on technical understanding
- Coordinate with clients, using tools like Google Calendar for scheduling
- Verify and proofread technician work orders
- Handle invoicing and follow-ups for issue resolution
- Coordinate multiple short-term projects simultaneously
- Conduct occasional client site visits to ensure service satisfaction
- Prepare reports using tools like Trello, Freshdesk, Excel, and Word
- Contribute to marketing efforts by creating and implementing occasional campaigns
- Enhance social media presence and engage with clients online
- Visit clients to strengthen business relationships and boost sales
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Background in engineering or related field (or relevant coursework)
- Basic proficiency in CRM or field service management software
- Technical understanding of cooking equipment repairs
- Experience or interest in managing social media presence
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Ability to balance technical and marketing soft skills
**Compensation**:
As listed based on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
