Job Summary
To support key accounts by effectively managing the daily administration and coordination of sales support activities and third-party supply chain management solutions
Job Responsibilities
- Support key accounts with administration of customer relationship management portal.
- Daily administration and coordination of Sales Support activities and third-party supply chain management solutions (itrade Network, SPS)
- Maintain account item listings, order guides and sell sheets
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Ippolito products
- Verify/reconcile purchase orders & invoicing
- Co-ordinate and monitor price changes and ensure accuracy of published price lists and cross reference daily orders via various supply chain solutions
- Undertake special projects as required
- Communicate with internal and external customers any relevant information regarding product offerings, pricing, product availability, etc.
- Building relationships with our customers by creating an exceptional customer service experience
- Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from end users to Management
- Manage relationships with existing customers
- Internal item setup, loading data and running queries
- Support Customer Service group with first line customer service
- Remain calm and helpful when dealing with dissatisfied customers
- Escalate customer complaints and/or calls to team lead as required
- Comply with company policies and procedures

Education and Experience
- 3-5 years proven experience in Sales as a Sales Coordinator or in other administrative positions related to Sales and Marketing
- Degree or diploma in business administration or relevant field an asset
- Certification in sales or marketing an asset
- Retail, Food industry or FMCG experience an asset
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint)

Working Conditions
- Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously to meet frequent deadlines
- Must be able to work and meet the demands of a face paced, high pressure work environment
- Able to meet the physical requirements of sitting for long periods of time
- Willingness to work some weekends. Work otherwise is performed during weekdays shifts - times and weekend rotations determined by business needs and negotiable
