We're looking for an experienced digital marketer and content creator to own content creation, video production, virtual events, pragmatic thought leadership and social media. As a creative problem solver with a passion for storytelling, digital marketing and content strategy, this role will be to create engaging, scalable and performance-optimized content that can be leveraged across the buyer journey in multiple channels.
- About the Role_
- Manage organic social media publishing efforts and content curation and development, especially across LinkedIn and YouTube. Design or manage resources to create, curate, clip and/or update graphics, templates and/or videos that can be used in organic social media efforts, outbound paid social media advertising campaigns and trade/association sponsorships.
- Develop, plan for, produce and leverage a podcast/livestream/show strategy leveraging SMEs that makes sense for our ICP, the industry and our solutions today and tomorrow.
- Create strategy, content plan and produce live online events, webinars and community meet-ups to strengthen the Litmus brand and generate awareness for Litmus products.
- Develop content syndication strategy and programs for events and long-form content to include snackable and short video strategy. Edit videos for use in overall social media efforts and across the marketing mix.
- Partner with product management and our partner teams on social-first solution snapshots that snackably showcase core functionality and new features in a compelling way that demonstrates relevance, potential impact and continuous innovation.
- Develop, train and cultivate a handful of company leaders on digital thought leadership practices and support ongoing implementation of these efforts.
- Serve as an active practitioner and resource for and support social selling across sales, customer success and partner relations teams as well as wider evangelism socially across the company.
- Collaborate with demand gen/agencies as part of wider strategy surrounding content, offers and optimization.
- Support physical events and partner relations through social media and backchannel efforts.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with social influencers in the industry to expand awareness and reach.
- Measure, report on and optimize social media efforts to support engagement leading up to and across the funnel and customer lifecycle.
- About You_
- 5-10 years' experience in digital marketing, content development and social media management.
- Experience managing relationships with agencies, social influencers and external vendors.
- Experience growing social media following and engagement in support of short and longer term business goals.
- Experience in hands-on video editing and production and partnering with video editors.
- Experience translating complex concepts into customer-centric, digestible, value-added content.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
- Experience in manufacturing, IoT, IIoT and digital transformation a plus.
