Our greater goal is to improve the lives of Canada’s hardworking doctors—freeing them to spend more time focused on their patients and personal lives. It is our sincere belief that by modernizing healthcare technology like medical billing, we can improve the lives of doctors, thereby improving quality of care for patients, ultimately helping to create a healthier Canada. That makes working at Dr.Bill the best of both worlds: our people enjoy the benefits of working for a big company plus the speed and energy of working for a scaling venture.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide best practices for content strategy, suggesting new content initiatives to ensure high engagement and best-in-class quality.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules and timelines, and maintain accurate records and materials.
- Be a self-starter who thrives on collaboration and feedback, comfortable working independently and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to establish KPIs, draw key insights for optimization, and develop a data-driven approach to content strategy.
