Position Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at HAOHAN CULTURE CO,. LTD will play a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its strategic goals. This leadership position demands a seasoned professional with a robust background in operations management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management.
Work Environment

Financial Oversight
  • Responsible for managing a budget ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000.
Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to effectively execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and oversee the formation of key departments and senior staff roles.
  • Coordinate activities across regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Set strategic goals for the organization and either formulate or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the representative of the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, fostering optimal working conditions.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of more than 20 individuals.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant technologies.
