We are a very busy well established Ottawa Based Construction Company that requires a Full Time Office Administrator, to work along side our current Administrator. It is imperative that you have some understanding of the construction industry and its terminology.

Duties will include:

- Creating job quotes and P.Os
- Helping to manage and monitor staff, sub trades, suppliers.
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and in house staff.
- Arranging and scheduling job showings and site inspections.
- Reviewing and summitting all related documents, such as RFP, WSIB, NOP.
- Breaking down RFP and other job requests.
- Submitting and communicating with trades related to their bids, ongoing projects, and following up on quotes received / quotes submitted.

This position is PERMANENT AND FULL TIME Monday to Friday with full family benefits.
