About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at BITTS Testing Services Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing and editing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
