**Position: Receptionist/Administration**

**Location**: ascentia CPA: 201-2400 Bevan Ave, Sidney, BC

**Schedule**: 9 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday

(overtime may be needed during tax season)

We are seeking a dedicated and personable receptionist/administrator to join our team at ascentia CPA. As the first point of contact for our firm, the receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional image for our clients and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Ensure reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable.
- Manage office/administration, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (experience in a professional services environment preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
