Receptionist/ Simple Intake Coordinator is required for locally owned and operated analytical, environmental laboratory office in Sidney, BC.

This role is perfect for an extroverted individual who enjoys interacting with the public and assisting people with their needs. In office training will be provided as the position will be cross trained. Ample opportunity to gain experience and develop knew skills in a kind, professional, and engaging environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone - Enter client data into the system accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
- Special projects as required
- Available to work core hours -- 8:30AM to 4:30PM, Monday - Friday

**Skills**:

- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong clerical skills, including typing and filing
- Exceptional customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
