Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy reception area

Qualifications:

- Strong customer support skills with a focus on service excellence
- Solid administrative skills including proofreading and attention to detail
- Ability to computerize information accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
