We are a dynamic remote company committed to innovation and excellence. As we continue to grow, we seek a highly organized, multitasking and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the CEO’s day-to-day activities from their home office. You will handle various administrative and logístical tasks, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Organize and manage filing systems and maintain an orderly workspace.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with the preparation of documents and reports as needed.
- Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring no conflicts and efficient use of time.
- **Errand Management**:

- Run errands, including grocery shopping and picking up office supplies.
- Manage mail and packages: pick up, drop off, and sort as necessary.
- Coordinate dry cleaning and other personal errands.
- **Logistics and Inventory**:

- Stock supplies and manage inventory for the home office.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including washing and maintaining the CEO’s vehicle.
- Oversee household staff, coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs, events, and personal requirements.
- **Event Support**:

- Assist in organizing in-person workshop days and client meetings.
- Help with logístical arrangements and set-up as required.
- **Gifting and Special Requests**:

- Coordinate gifting for clients and employees.
- Support the CEO with any personal projects or tasks as needed.

**Personal Interaction**:
This role involves working closely within the CEO’s home, where you will interact with their family, including children. A friendly demeanor and experience with children are highly valued. You will be privy to personal and private information, so it is essential that you exercise utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software and tools.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
- Has experience working in home environments.
- Bilingualism (French) is considered a plus.
